Waterlily Peculiar

Do you know why a waterlily is so very peculiar? Well, one day your pond’s surface is clear and the next, beautiful round leaves pop up to the surface. Then on a beautiful summer day, a flower emerges from the depths, as a gift of beauty and fragrance. In the morning, when the wind is still asleep, the lilies sit down with their green breakfast plates to watch their reflection in the water. “Am I enough?” The sigh “More than you know, I wish you could see yourself through my eyes.” The water said softly.

Bright colours and textures provide interesting eye-trails for the viewer. The crisp colours of the lilies in the pond contrast with the soft orange of the breaking dawn in the upper right corner.
This is truly a ballroom of colours, peculiar lilies, who are more than just enough.
